Find the law enforcement 50 round boxes of Gold Dot 124 +p or any of the Federal HST rounds. Many online sources are $25 or less.

A good choice! 5 Star pick in my book, I often mix them together in the same magazine.

I like these for both 9mm as well as 45ACP in standard pressure.

Winchester Ranger T-Series 127 +P+, particularly in my M11A1...I view it as my 15 shot, compact, .357 SIG-light.

For my Glock and P226's; Ranger T or Ranger Bonded in 124 +P. Gold Dot is just fine, and I get it free (in small quantities) in 147 grain at work.

Between Ranger T, Ranger Bonded, Gold Dot, and HST, I really don't think you could go wrong. I mainly prefer the Ranger T because I like it in the +P and +P+ in 124/127 loads. I believe 9mm is best as at least +P.

I've settled on Federal Hydra Shoks on everything. Fits my needs, expands where I want it to. Doesn't when I want it to penetrate deep and hard in winter months.

I hear good things about Slip 2000, but my favorite is Hornady critical defense.

I used to carry Gold Dot 124g +P. I've since made the switch to Federal HST 147g +P. Both rounds will get the job done.
