I shoot about 5000 to 6000 rounds a year thats not a lot to some people.I have friends that go to the range 3 or 4 days a week .Some tell me they shoot 7000/10.000 and 25.000 a year and they are not pistol competitors. Just curious give me your feedback. Im interested in how many you shoot a year? All of us reload and shoot at outdoor range. THANKS in advance.

I try to shoot about 50 rds through my 9mm every week, but usually it ends up being 100-200 a month, so 1200-2400 per year of just that caliber. I'd say a brick of .22 through my Mark III every other month, so 2,400 .22s in a handgun each year (should be double that, gotta get back on my game). 100 rds of 7.62x54R each year on average. 300-400 20 gauge and 12 gauge shells each year. I don't know how many .22s I put through my rifle each year. Too many to bother counting lol. Probably 100-200 .357 Magnum and .38 Special each year, maybe more. About 50 .40 S&W each year (don't own one). Maybe 100-200 .45 ACP each year (dad and uncle each own one). Various rifles from .22 magnum up to .50 BMG (I've shot two different .50s in the last three years, 24 rounds the first time, 5 rounds the second time. Most fun you can have sitting down with 30 people hanging around).

I carry a 9mm. I might be carrying a .45 before too long with a small 9mm B.U.G....
