That would be a good option in communist states like the PRNJ where it is illegal for hollow points.

The concept has been around for a few years, but not under the "Guard Dog" label. When they were first introduced, it was simply as Expanding Full Metal Jacketed bullets (EFMJ bullets). The flexible material was an orangish color rather than the blue as seen in the video. It's a neat concept!



It does appear to be a good option for NJ but I would also check the laws to make sure it does not also say no expanding bullets either. Not being from NJ, I do not know the details of the law, it would be worth checking prior to buying. Maybe some one from NJ can weigh in on this?

yep, just slapped a fancy label on some old ammo. I like this type of ammo for my guns that dont feed JHP reliably. On a side note, I have yet to see any bullet that doesnt expand even a little bit when it hits something.
