Hello All

Just got custom made IWB kydex-leather holster from Dustin in SW Missouri, and wanted to sing his praises. Below are some pics of the holsters he makes - fitted kydex, natural or black leather; sands the leather and kydex edge to make them smooth; emory cloth on the belt clips to keep them from marring your belt. I was able to watch Dustin create my holster for my 709 Slim, and will attest to his attention to detail and quality work. Holsters sell for $40 shipped or $35 for a local pickup. Those look pretty sweet there, Geo. Keep us abreast with how they hold up. So far I have been pleased with my $20 nylon IWB holster but it won't last forever and I will be on the market for another when this one wears out.

Damn. Just got my Crossbreed SuperTuck for my SP2022. Love it, but it was also $85. How does this one compare to a CBST?

I've worn the holster alone and also with the mag holder all day at work two days in a row. Very comfortable and have held up with no issues so far. Dustin uses high quality rivets and guarantees his work. Kenny - I also have the nylon Blackhawk for my 2022 and the similar model for my PT709 slim, and it fits tight IWB since it is "soft". With the kydex on Dustin's the weapon is held very firmly, easy to draw and replace, since it is formed around the exact pistol, tweeked for the perfect fit.

I have not tried a crossbreed IWB holster, but in talking to Dustin he created this holster in the same style because he also didn't want to pay $80 for one.

That would be nice. I'm thinking of getting something smaller here soon, like a Kel-Tec, for carrying concealed on my campus. I'll want another holster in the same style, too. Thanks, man!

How is the comfort compared to the blackhawk nylon? What position do you carry if your belt buckle is the 12 o'clock? I usually carry at the 2 o'clock and my 2022 disappears under my untucked shirt.

I have recently bought a sig sp2022, and now looking for a holster. I really loke minotaurs holster, but they dont make one specifically for the 2022. So my question is, would the 2022 fit a minotaur for a different sig model, i.e. p220, p229, p250.

Not sure about other Sig models but if you can test fit at the store, try one for a Springfield xd 4". Some other manufacturers models will fit the 2022.
