I wouldn't want to challenge any of them to a draw. Either party. (Chambered, un-chambered, Mossad, SigTalk members) I still have more practicing to do.. But, this goes back to the gentlemen who state that a pistol with an un-chambered round is a "hammer."
First: A hammer is better than fists. Several stories from overseas where targets were too close to raise a weapon and fire. So the charged, loaded assault riffle became a bat. And a good one.
Second: with practice, just like anything else, it all becomes muscle memory. So we are talking about a lot (maybe even a LOOOOOOOOOT) of practice. It seems worth it to me, in order to carry in the safest, most secure way I know. Break a thumb guard, or charge the weapon.. practice makes perfect. And you can always practice with snap caps if you need to feel the extra weight or simulate realism until you are ready to go live.
By the way, this is all opinion. And we all know about opinions..
