My New AR Project

Well, I just bought a Cerro Forge unfinished 80% AR receiver set. I figured this would be something fun to try. I've already built many AR's and I have all the tools. I just haven't quite decided if I'm going to finish it now or save it for a rainy day. I've decided to use a Modulus jig.









I think the receiver looks really cool with nothing on the left side

I like that. Most of the "raw" lowers I have seen have mill marks but that one looks very clean. I have completed a couple of 80% lowers using the 80% arms jig.

With all that open real estate on the sides of it, it begs to be SBR'd and then you can have your info engraved on there as the manufacturer
