M400 iron sight help

I am new to the AR world and trying to learn.

I am looking for some flip up iron sights to put on my rifle. I had some magpul sights but they say they would melt on the gas block and the gas block and rear rail are different heights. Are there some decent inexpensive iron sights that mount without any other modifications due to the different heights?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I was able to get the hand guard off finally, I guess the gas block and the rear rail are the same height, must have been an illusion that they looked different. I can't remember who it was, but someone here also told me they were the same height. Thank you for your help.

I picked up a Matech fold down rear sight and a Troy Tritium fold down front sight. Less than $100 for both. Hope they are a good match.

I just bought a new m400 with no sights and the dealer said Sig made flip up steel sights and he showed me a set on another Sig rifle, but he did not carry them separatley. I looked on the Sig website but I cannot find them listed there. He said they were about 80-90 bucks. I might try to call Sig tomorrow and see what I can find out.

I migth have an extra set of Iron pop up sight (rear) the same one use in the army I dont need them if you interested.
