| M400 7.62 upper???
Two questions here... 1. Will a piston upper direct replace the impingement upper? 2. Can you put a 7.62 upper on the M400 and if so, any recommendations? thx Scott |

you have to have a dedicated receiver for 7.62. the rounds are longer and the chamber sizes are different. with the 5.56 receiver you can add smaller uppers like a 9mm or 5.7

If your looking for a slightly larger caliber look for 6.8 upper receivers
