When my husband was deployed last year, I sent him a pic of our cat doing something silly, not realizing the mirror across the room caught my reflection and the target behind me. I sent him the pic and he replied that the cat was cute but who was the guy behind me (being funny). I didn't miss a beat and replied "Oh him? That's Jody." lol It was too funny!! He replied something about him being a dead MF'er.. So now the target is named Jody.
ain't no point in looking back, jody's got your cadillac, sound off!!!

This made me laugh a little. I never thought about drawing on a mirror, but then I don't have any that a large enough to do it. I just use some 1/3rd size idea targets for dry fire.

I wasn't aware that you vampires could see your reflection in the mirror.

I tell all those I teach that drawing and accuracy come first, speed shows up magically later.

I used to do that, but as I get older and more forgetful, I sometimes forget what I'm doing. That other guy though, he was so just so blazingly fast it was bewildering and startling! I'd find myself chickening out, dropping my gun and throwing my hands up as he'd get the drop on me.

Guess Mr. Speedy would feel sorry for me, as he'd do the same.

I was clearing a house at work one day and when I came around a corner I saw a guy at the end of the hall with a gun and a dog. I pointed my gun at him and my K9 partner barked at him and his dog...

If I'd let Ari go, that would have been the most busted up mirror and surprised dog you'd ever seen. We both felt more than a little bit stupid that day.
