I came across them on Slickguns. I used the epay option of Wells Fargo Surepay to get a 3% discount by avoiding credit card fees. I've filed a dispute with them. If anybody comes across Barry M. Rickert in the future, run away. He's a scam artist.

I filed a dispute with the bank and contacted Fredericksburg police. I'll let you know what the resolution is. Thanks for the advice.

You can go to whois.godaddy.com and enter the domain and it'll show you what I'm sure is him home address, phone number and personal e-mail.

Also search for BMR Associates LLC Cumberland VA.

How did you learn about BMR Associates LLC, if you don't mind me asking. Thanks again for the domain lookup.

I bought a POF 556 rifle from them a few months back. WAY better price than i was able to get anywhere else. I never joined the $10 club. You only needed to pay the $10 to be able to pay cash and save credit card fees. I decided i wanted it on my card for the convenience and to have the points on my card. In the end it cost me like $20 more to use the card, but i didn't care because i saved so much on the gun anyway.

I went to look at their site tonight and couldn't find it, so i guess it is gone. Sorry to hear you never got your gun. Hopefully, you put it on a card and can get the money back. Good luck, keep us posted.

I got my gun from him and i never joined the club because i paid with my credit card. Not saying he isn't a scam artist, but i got my gun from him with no issue.

I got my Beretta 85 from 10dollargunclub a couple of weeks ago. It's in great shape and I guess I was lucky I didn't get hung out to dry. Once the site went down and their facebook page was gone, I figured they were done. Your CC company should refund any money paid for merchandise you didn't get.

That would be great if it's no problem. I would imagine he's gone and the place is empty.

Thanks.

Barry Maurice Rickert seems to be a serial scam artist. He opens a business for a few years then it goes belly up. His home addresses appear to be rentals. He created a crowdfunding platform for investors called Lending Clouds, that changed its name to Royalty Clouds that became defunct after 2 years. He has 3 FFLs registered to the same Lafayette Blvd address. He has created 5 LLCs for various business ventures I suspect to fleece customers and investors. He bills himself as a serial entrepreneur and business mentor with 40 years of experience in private equity. Whatever he is, he is a thief and devoid of honor.
