Cerakote pricing?

We're about to start cerakoting professionally. Just trying to get a feel for what the going rate is around the country.

What have y'all been paying to get a firearm and/or knife cerakoted?

Please list what you had done, how many colors, and location.

Thanks in advance!

Ike

A few places I've checked on here in Wa. state seem consistent @ $175 for a single color, more for multiple colors/cammo patterns.

Got a coworker of. Mine that's getting into cerakoting at the moment. He's got all his equipment and a nice variety of colors to start with. He's working on getting his technique down before working on other people's weapons. At the moment he has his AK-74 tore down ready to be his test gun he also has the stock dust cover from my M400 so he can test out his Magpul FDE color against my actual gun

sent from my damned S4!

I'm no expert, but I've always read it as an S, assuming that it gets its name from being a ceramic coating.

Indiana, 2 colors, entire handgun Certified Cerakote Dealer...$110
Slide refinished in 1 color...$60

This is the only certified applicator in the state of Indiana, only one other applicator in the state and he is NOT Cerakote certified.

Do you have your Cerakote certification?

Thanks for the reply.

We're not Cerakote certified right now. Maybe one day but right now we don't have the time or money to travel 2,200 miles and get certified.
