Great stuff on this thread. It's almost got me inspired to upgrade from my cardboard box.

Seriously.

I show up with that ratty cardboard thing....I do get funny looks on occasion as I'm pulling X-6s and P210s out of it:-) I put them in little packs and toss the little packs inside the cardboard box along with everything else.

Unless I'm mistaken the ammo can be in the box, but loaded weapon ist verboten. Have to go double check on Calguns. They're the gurus for Kalifornistan gun laws.

Here's my rig. Nothing as fancy as the OP's, but now I have some ideas. The guns ride in gun rugs in the tool box.
