i don't want to be videod'd & id'd as a gun owner.

Bearone2, remember that little background check that gets done? Unless you have bought exclusively private sale, you can be sure someone in that big white building keeps a tally and names. By accident I'm sure, because someone forgot to purge the system. It happens sometimes. I just sold all of mine because the only one I really liked was that little Jimenez .380. Everything else was just junk compared to it or I needed the money at the time.

how's that, 4473 stays with ffl & atf doesn't see it unless they do an audit or business closes?

nics is with fbi & what makes you think they talk to atf.

the only background check on me is when i renew my ccw & it's not a nics check.
