I never carry a knife. In fact, I've never carried a knife, except while big game hunting. Then I carry a Boker Tree Brand Classic 2002. It has gutted many big game animals. It's Solingen steel, the best steel in the world.

How about a little love out for the Kabar my father gave me on my sixth birthday 1958 It was my EDC for at least 20 years. As you can see, it got a bit tired. I can still remember my father saying "don't lose that son. I'll not be buying you another"

I wouldn't know what to do without a pocket knife. In fact I started EDC a pocket knife back in Jr. High when I was ~12-13. I hate the tacti-cool (weapon) knives. I carry a very nice German 3 blade gentleman's folder (medium stockman) with stag handles. It is a 'tool' and if I have my pants on, I have a pocket knife in my pocket.

OTOH, I have never hunted Big Game.

Got this Steve Ryan Custom today but it's a little large for my taste so it's going up for sale.
