Hello fello sig owners. I just purchased my first Sig Sauer 9mm. Haven't put any rounds through it yet but as soon as I can get to a range I plan on spraying some lead. I have owned a Ruger P89 back in the 90's but sold it when my children were small and my wife felt a handgun was a threat. Now that my Children are grown up enough to know proper gun safety I chose to purchase a new gun. I looked at several different brands and models and the SP 2022 felt and weighed extremely close to the Ruger I had. Really looking forward to reading some great advice and opinions from fellow Sig owners (and enjoying my new 2022). |

Welcome and congrats on the 2022. I own a few SiGs, and my 2022 is still my favorite range gun. Never any malfunctions (like all my SiGs), and is accurate to boot. My brother is one of those people that refuses to buy a "plastic gun", but he is really missing out with this one. |
