| Joined so I could post teardown of 716
Long time Sig user. I recently got a SIG716 and I wasn't happy with the amount of information available on the Internet. Everything I found was people complaining about how the gun doesn't cycle. My main reason for joining this forum is so I could post a detailed teardown of the 716 to inform others about what I found, and also so I could get feedback about some of the things I'm doing. Never too old to learn something new. Luckily I have not experienced any issues with this rifle *knocks on wood* If there is a particular sub-forum or existing thread I should post in, please let me know. I have a lot of pix, 50+ pix I think, and a lot of info I found out on my own, by talking with other Sig owners, and by talking with Sig reps themselves. Glad to be here. P.S. My personal carry gun is a P226S X-6 Lightweight. |

I finished the substantial portion of the 716 teardown with a lot of pix. There are some minor stuff I need to update, but I hope that helps everyone. SIG716 Patrol teardown (lotsa pix and info) Thank you for the warm welcome. Last edited by Nobody123; 01-20-2013 at 01:24 PM. |
