Sig's New Rail-Mounted Green Pistol Laser

Sig Sauer has released their 2011 product catalog, and the first thing to catch the market's eye is the Sig rail-mounted compact pistol laser - in green!

According to a source of the Sig Sauer Guns blog, green will be available alongside red for the Sig Sauer light/laser combo units as well.

Currently the red CPL-RM sells for $149 U.S. at the Sig Sauer online store; it's safe to assume that this new model will be sold at a similar price point. No word on a release date yet.

A green laser in the the $149 range will be a great buy. Wonder what type of battery system it will have?

The red version takes "CR1/3N Lithium or equivalent" - I'd imagine the green to accept the same.

I was looking at the catalog the other day and saw that, my wife laughed as i said its now on my wish list for my birthday. I have wanted a good laser for my SP 2022 but I'm not a fan of red for a handgun laser, and now that me and my wife have a total of four guns she has told me I have to wait at least a few months before I can buy another one. That leaves me with getting accessories such as a laser sight for my soon to be EDC after i take my CCL class and get my card back.
