I generally replace my factory grip screws with SIG Screws by VZ Grips. They are pricey but to me they look very good (they come in different finishes and head patterns).

Sig Sells them, but Ebay is cheaper and You can get free S&H Sometimes.
Which grips do You have ?
The Wood ones take longer screws.

blueknight749 check at Guns For Sale | Gun Parts | AR-15 Rifles, suggest a dab of blue Loctite, or any medium strength thread adhesive. Just make sure you don't accidently "Loctite" your magazine in place!

I used blue Loctite to secure my screws for a while but I switched to using rubber o-rings. Keeps the screws from backing out due to recoil. Haven't used Loctite since.

And I believe those are the #60 o-rings correct?
