My buddy has a 320RX and he uses a Blade Tech holster. I am using the Blade Tech holster for my p226 Legion and have been very pleased with it, especially their TEK-LOK system.
Just got the L.A.G. Tactical Genesis Light Bearing Appendix IWB Holster on Saturday, 8 days after I ordered it! Now that's fast! Fits the gun well and so far I'm happy with it. I'm waiting for the Dale Fricke holster to compare.
I posted earlier about showing the holster savage holsters made me, but ive been waiting for my RX slide at cerakote.. so heres the holster for my RX with my p320 compact in it
Well my Tier 1 Xiphos quick ship was delivered yesterday. Talk about fast service. I ordered it on Monday morning, and it was in my hands Thursday morning! Fitment is pretty good, it is pretty snug once you tighten down the "wing", but it still draws pretty easily. The clip says its a 1.5" clip, but its not very snug on my 1.5" crossbreed belt. Overall it conceals very well compared to my Gcode incog. Other then the clip style, i would say its a pretty quality set up. It is ride height adjustable and has plenty of hole for different clip styles if i choose to change it up. The edges are rounded and smooth. I will take some pics of it tomorrow morning when i get a chance. Not a bad purchase Id say.
As Promised here is the Dale Fricke Seraphim RMR AIWB Holster. Although it looks like a big rig it definitely is very comfortable and concealable. Very happy with the optic being completely protected as well. Been my daily carry since I got the holster 9 days ago. Ship time from order to ship was 10 days so they are pretty quick too!
Hey edlex that's a nice looking rig. I love that they include the RX into the holster instead of cutting the holster out to leave it out. My optic is already showing significant wear and I appreciate design features like this. Is that a compact or full sized gun?
Here are my 2 setups for my full sized 9mm EDC w/light. (below)
1. T-Rex Arms Raptor IWB (worn usually @3:00)
2. Same holster flip side
3. NSR Tactical OWB (also usually worn @3:00)
4. Same holster inside view showing canted setup
My critique of the two holsters:
*Both are quite pricey for my budget at about $100
*T-Rex arms has a small gap at the back of the trigger area, but the guard still protects the trigger from Negligent discharge. The holster extends a smidge too far beyond the light (about 1/4 inch) leaving me to wonder about how much fitting they did before shipping it. It came with two different clips. The one in the picture is the second one which I've changed to in order to give myself a higher ride. The other clip was easier to put on, but very deep into the pants. Finally, they did not respond to attempts to get feedback about further changes or even another purchase, so I am not impressed with their customer service at all.
*NSR was highly responsive and replied to all communications I made with them. Their kydex was fitted to a tee. It's also a thicker kydex and while the Raptor has burnished edges, this NSR Tactical one is just amazing. I actually like touching it. I still use it concealed, but in cases where I anticipate the setting as being a bit more relaxed. So if deep concealment is called for, I fall back on the Raptor until I find something more acceptable and my budget allows.

It's a Compact with the small size grip and a Surefire XC-1 light. I love NSR as well but they couldn't make me a Yeager Style holster with the optic cut out so I went with the L.A.G. Tactical Genesis Light Bearing AIWB Holster that I have a picture of in post #36 of this thread. Good holster and, they got it to me in 1 week! I wore it for a while until I got this new Dale Fricke holster. It probably doesn't matter but I feel better having the optic protected versus the open design.
Alright, heres the Kennedy co holster. My only gripe is that it is not ride height adjustable with this style clip. Otherwise its a decent holster. They also could have finished the Optic cut a little better.
Heres the Tier one xiphos quick ship. I received this holster in a few days after ordering. Fitment is pretty good, the optic cut is a little closer to the optic then id like though. I added pull the dot loops as the clip that came with it was 1 3/4" and my belts are all 1.5". Conceals pretty well also.
Thanks for all the pics guys. I'm going to make a holster shortly here and all these pictures help me visualize how I am going to do it. So far I'm thinking leather IWB with pull the dot loops and a raptor claw. Just trying to figure out how I cut the reinforced mouth leatherwise so that the rmr fits. Also trying to wrap my head around how i can make it fit both the subcompact and compact grip module.
I picked up a T Rex rig with the Sidecar magazine carrier. I really like it, it is quite secure and very accessible. To make it a bit more comfortable I am going to have to add a strip of velcro to the inside toe and make a foam tab to fit. This is keep the toe of the rig from digging into my tender parts as well as make the gun butt sit a bit more inboard or closer to my body.
I just ordered a Crossbreed Supertuck and a kydex owb from Outlaw holsters. I've owned them both for other pistols so I'm sure they'll be great for the rx. Both came with options for the Romeo and suppressor sights.
I use Carry Clock Tuck 3.0 with my Sig P320 Compact, optic cut and fine with the taller sights. I use Concealment Express Custom Molded Fit IWB KYDEX Holster for my Glock 43.
One more note on the T Rex AIWB with the Sidecar mag carrier. The intersection between the holster and mag pouch describes an angle that conveniently cams the Romeo 1 buttons away from your body. So I don't have to worry about accidentally shutting my Romeo 1 off.
I know this is an old thread, but thought I'd post that I use an AG cloak slide that I had to drumel to fit the Romeo 1 pro, carry my one mag in a Toolman belt holster.
