It's funny, but I shoot both of those better than the compact or carry, as I have the exchange kit and grips for both. I am still a new shooter (less than a year), so I was tempted to blame good accuracy on the GG fat rod and spring in my full size pistols, but I shoot the subcompact just as well, for me anyway, without any modifications.

On days I wear slacks, I put the compact mag in the subcompact, and use my full size holster with no worries. I can state that I have never had a concealment issue with the full size. Yes, you have to pay attention, but the right holster does the trick, and I carry aiwb.
I started with a Compact in 9mm and loved it. Got the fever for a RX sight and went for a Full sized RX and my Father in-law got my Compact. I actually was very surprised at how easy it is to EDC my Full sized RX with a Surefire Ultra300 light slung underneath.

I use a T-Rex Arms IWB Raptor kydex holster made for appendix. I carry it at 2:00 inside the waistband. That's right about where my front pants pocket is. It's not uncomfortable, it's also right at a spot that doesn't work against me as I sit/stand, and I sit a lot in my job.

Every time I go by a mirror I check... I cannot see it. It doesn't print. I wear it every time I leave the house. No one knows but my wife and a few people at the gun range I practice at.

I don't think you would be badly served if you decided to EDC a compact P320, but the Full Sized is really not too shabby and easier to conceal than I thought. It's my experience that the full size shoots smoother, but I do admit the compact just looks sexier.

My rig, fully decked out though... very muscular. That's a lot of iron hidden in my waistband.

Thank you all so much for your input! I decided to go with the P320 Carry and picked it up today.

Here she is, fresh out of the box! (Hopefully I did the picture attachment right!)

Nice! Congrats!

In my opinion, you made the best choice. How does it feel in hand?

Love it.....I liked the feel of it better than the Full Size, but maybe because I have a smaller female hand; can't wait to get it to the range

Good to hear! I think the longer grip and the shorter barrel combination works great. Please gives us a range report when you get a chance!

The good news is that this is one of those rare times in life where there is no wrong answer! Welcome to the P320 world. It is fun because you are only an exchange kit swap away from keeping things from getting stale or boring!!

Congrats and welcome to the 320 club. Trust me. That won't be the only 320 you will buy.

In .45 ACP the full-size offers what I regard to be a decent magazine capacity of 10 rounds, and cushions the recoil of the stouter cartridge well. But I would regard it as pretty big to carry routinely.

The compact P320 is slightly less sleek than a Glock 19 but pretty comparable in overall dimensions, and would be more pleasant to carry. I do not notice a great deal of loss of accuracy due to the shorter sight radius of the compact slide over the full-size slide, although with over 3/4" difference, I am sure there is some.

I do have a P250 subcompact and I do seem to notice the difference in sight radius between it and the compact slide more, even though the difference is considerably less. But then, the different trigger action may be confounding my impression.
OP- Keep in mind you can buy both modules, carry and compact, and X-Grip makes a piece for 17 round mags to fit a compact... If youre into that. Here's a link if you haven't heard of it. Top gun also has great prices on Sig stuff, and their customer service is phenomenal.

I initially bought the Compact but ended up going with the subcompact frame and compact slide. I bought a full size exchange kit but still end up shooting my carry configuration more than anything.

I bought the carry first, then switched to the compact because even though the grip is only 1/4 inch longer, it definitely "printed" more. I carry IWB cloaked (under shirt) and it poked out more. Since I still wanted something a bit smaller and lighter (but not P938 small) I've switched to a HK VP9SK for EDC but I'm lusting after a VTac and will probably trade my compact in on that for home defense and range. There's just something special about Sigs I love, and believe me, this won't be your last! That's the Signess!

VP9SK is out? I've only seen "early releases" of it on YT. Did you ever consider the SC grip on the P320?
