Compact small p320 grip module

I know these are kinda hard to come by. I found some and wanted to pass it along. Southern police supply is the name of the company. I just ordered one online. It's $36 I believe and $8.50 shipping. Not a great deal but I've had a hard time locating these things. Thanks and have a blessed day.

Third time I've seen their name come up in this forum.

Just a heads up. Be sure to call and check with them first.

Online, they appear to be in stock, but once you call you find out that is only for back-order. They don't actually have any in stock at the moment.

This happened to me a couple weeks ago. I almost placed an order. I guess things could have changed in a couple of weeks but I doubt it.

Thanks. I'll call them to verify.

I called on lunch break and didn't have enough time to wait in hold. I'm about to try again.

Just talked to him and he said it is indeed back ordered however they should be in before the end of the month (according to Sig) so I told him I wanted to keep mine ordered. We shall see and will report back as soon as it's in hand.

I also ordered the small 9mm compact grip from Southern Police Supply on Sunday and I was hoping for an email that the grip was being shipped. If it isn't in stock, I would expect an email from them indicating so. At this point I don't have much confidence that my order will go through anytime soon. All of the big retailers that I came across are not even taking backorders. That tells me they don't see any coming in the near future. Also, Sig's web site no longer list the 9/.357/.40 Compact Small for sale. It's been removed completely. What's disappointing to me is that I'm a small fellow (5'4") and I never gave it any thought that I wouldn't be able to buy the small grip for my P320. Larry G.

Agreed. Southern Police Supply's website is kinda deceptive if you ask me - there is no indication of them being out of stock. When I called to check, they didn't even mention it up front that they were out of stock. It wasn't until I asked about shipping ETA that they finally fessed up. Glad I never ordered. Even though they said charges don't hit until shipping.

I wouldn't worry about things disappearing from SIG's site. It happens all the time for some unknown reason, but it doesn't mean a thing. In fact, many of the parts for sale are never even listed to begin with - you have to call and order. They will restock eventually, just gotta be patient.

I want to try the Compact Small one day. I'm not sure if the OEM Medium is good for me, I've tried SC-Small and added tape to OEM Medium. I'm packaging up the SC-Small to ship out today.

Here's the email I just got from souther police supply. I talked to them yesterday so I'm assuming this is a standard format email they send to all of their backordered items being purchased. I replied basically too leave order as is. I'll report back with updates if there is any.

I've had my P320 Compact for a year now and have not been able to find a small FDE grip module. I call SIG and all they said was they were having issues with their suppliers. Wow and how long has this gun been on the market and difficult to find these.

They have been "having issues with the suppliers" for months now and considering the popularity of this pistol and all the subsequent configurations I would wholeheartedly recommend fixing the issues with their suppliers.

When I buy a PPQ, VP9, Glock 19, I have all my hand sizes good to go out of the box and if I need to change the size its right there - Sig had the good graces to not only make you spend $45 if you want a better purchase on the firearm, but they have EXTREME supply chain issues with keeping the selection of them in stock - Especially in their most popular size, the Compact.

This P320 is a great pistol, its my first Sig, but months after purchasing it and still seeing threads like this pop up really make me question buying others.

Don't get me wrong everytime I call up Sig they are super nice and helpful, but they really need to work these kinks out quicker.

Actually I think Sig needs a new CEO. Been trying to find the compact 9mm small for months, now some mags are hard to find and the x change kits are also not available. I would imagine they have the same suppliers for the X5 which is now shipping using similar but different grip modules and magazines. Maybe they should have waited until they could supply present 320 customers before shipping a new model.

And to think the U.S. Army has adopted the P320 because of its configurable options. Get it together SIG!
