SUBcompact is designed for MAX concealment and is USED for personal protection. It had a very narrow and direct design around it. If you cannot fire it without it flying out of your hand because your little pinky doesn't have a place to sit then I'd suggest more range time. The compact to me has juuuuuust enough room to place my pinky on the grip. SO AGAIN if you need a pinky rest you might as well use the compact. 15rd vs 12rd and a place for your precious little finger. What is the mid road? Half of your pinky resting on the grip?

Imo Id rather see a GAP floorplate over a pinky rest. I can shoot a pistol just as good with or without my pinky on the grip. Ill never understand the "Ugh I neeeed somewhere for my pinky to go!" whine.
Really? And I suppose you are going to stick with that as well. Did anyone stipulate accuracy criteria in any of these posts? And this matters to you why?
Yes, this is going no where (quickly).

Me; I can handle the bigger guns just fine. Also, they aren't too heavy for me to carry. Perhaps more range time could teach you to hold a man's gun without dropping it?
No, the "small" grip was made for smaller hands.

I like the subcompact grip for concealment, but have a full size pistol, and didn't care for the gap left between the slide and the grip. So I cut the base off a full size grip module.

This gives me the perfect compromise. Short grip for easy concealment, and long sight radius for accuracy. And, yes my pinky hangs free, but that is a compromise I'm willing to accept. I figure if I can get 2 "A" zone hits at 25 yards with a 3 finger grip, I'm good to go.

I can shoot my cut down compact frame with my pinky hanging off, just easier to grab if it had pinky hook similar to the ruger
Thanks for doing the contact and research my old hands 30 plus years of factory work at GM that are beat to hell and back need a little better grip on both my P320c & P320sc period .

I've been looking for the same thing as well. Thanks for even trying to ask them.

YES! This! A pinky hook is exactly what I've been wishing/looking for for the P320 Subcompact magazine. Just like the mags for the HK P2000SK.

I have small hands and I can almost fit my whole hand on the P320 Subcompact-Small grip; the bottom end of the mag ends half way on my pinky finger. It doesn't completely clear my ring (4th) finger. So my hand is in limbo trying to decide if I should grip harder to keep the pinky on or go for a no pinky hold. Thus, I REALLY wished there was just about 1/8"-1/4" more length in the standard subcompact mag. But a magazine base plate with a pinky hook would make me happier.

It's always interesting when folks read a post and just have to use it as a reason to try to inject what they think is the only answer in the universe to a question that wasn't even asked.
CC is very personal, its dependent on mode of carry, body type, weather, the ways person chooses to dress, I could go on.
For many of us, a subcompact pistol simply prints less than a compact but we prefer getting another finger on the grip. I routinely carry a 224 AIWB with 2022 extensions on it. It's still shorter in the portion of the grip that matters than a 229 is and so prints less than a 229. The 2022 floor plates, however, make the gun much more controllable to me.
Perhaps, rather than just jumping in with your version of the ultimate ninja warrior knowledge, you could try to answer the OP's question?
So to get back to that...
I have a bunch of officers in my dept. carrying SC 320's, they all ask the same thing. I was told recently by our LE rep that a floorplate with a slight finger extension would be coming soon from SIG, that's all he knew.

Easy to install and looks like it came from Sig.

They look pretty good, but I don't believe they are SIG products.

Dude! Thanks much for the link! This is awesome -- but I wonder how reliable these are. Have you used this by any chance? Thanks again.

Dude, thanks to you as well. Did not know this even existed. But as I mentioned in response to Eyetronic, I wonder how reliable these are. Have you used this by any chance? Thanks.

I just received 2 in the mail. They feel more durable than the base plates made by Sig.

The extension makes the gun feel perfect in hand.
