I sold an unfired Legion 226, too...

....because it was "just a 226" when the rarer, lightly used X-5 All Round Enhanced 9mm showed up in the Local gun Store case...

Was $2500....now $2000.

Selling the Legion paid for half of the X-5.

Oh...and I have a bunch of magazines, too. Ten for rotation in USPSA competition.

So, next gun show after selling the P226 Legion the only Legion I had ever seen walk in to that show ever guess what walks in?

Yep, just because Murphy had the notion it would embarrass me a P229 Legion Aug 2016 build date lightly used, it has been fired with the coin and soft case.
Guy ordered it from a local gun store had $1350.00 in it and would take 1250.
I explained what life is like in the real world where we don't pay 20% more than we can buy it almost anywhere and bid him good by.

He came back later and feeling bad as he needed the money (???) I offered $850.00 even though I know actual dealers would likely never offer 700 for a "used" albeit very little Legion.

It really does shoot wonderfully.

Dumb luck, my ace in the hole

So you are one of the few who has been struck by lightning twice, Wulfmann. If I was you, I'd strongly consider purchasing a lottery ticket.
