Apparently no one has a holster for one! I came across this when I did a google search for the exact same thing. Any luck since January?

I have a bladetech holster that I slightly modified to fit the sig Romeo1 optic. I had to shave a 1/4 inch off the inside of the holster to not hit the buttons on the left side of the rmr. I am not sure what model bladetech it is. It's a p226 sao rx. Hope this helps

A Blackhawk SERPA Holster should work, as it is open at the top in the rear of the ejection port. Only problem, is whether or not the holster is acceptable by any governing organization, it comes with both the "paddle", and an adjustable belt loop attachment point.

Pretty sure I will be buying one from HTC. They are a little more expensive than some of the others I found, but seem to offer the most options.

A number of companies I've come across that make Kydex holsters will notch out the front for the RMR. You just have to let them know.
