First off, Welcome. Second, everyone I've seen who's had work done there has loved their upgrades. Time I can't tell you, although I am seriously considering their AEP package on my new P224

Spend the money with The Sig Armorer (Robert Burke).

SIG will improve your gun, no question, but they won't do what Robert can for your gun!

Disclaimer: Not affiliated in any way. Do my own gunsmithing, haven't used Robert's services. If I didn't do gunsmithing*, I'd send my guns to him . . . from all I've read and the pictures I've seen, I'm impressed - and I don't impress easy. Some of the little improvements I've come up with independently, he's been doing all along.
*No commercial work.

I had the AEP done on a P226. I was happy with the job. The trigger was noticeably better and wouldn't hesitate to send a gun to them again. The AEP was well worth the money, in my opinion. Something else to consider, if SIG does the work, your warranty remains intact.

Good work

Have always been happy with their work, here are before and after pics of an abused 220 I save from my LGS a month back

Back a couple of years ago they did a AEP and SRT on my P-229. Also they redid the sights to a fibre optic on the front. Work was extremely timely, if I remember 10 days or less total, time left me till back in my hands. Overall extremely satisfied.

Just sent Robert my Legion for a trigger job and his reset system. This LEGION had the poorest trigger on any of the dozen or so Sigs I own.

I had the custom shop install SRT and standard triggers in a couple of P228s. Great work and turnaround time. I'm waiting for their next 20% off sale to send in a P227R and a couple of P229s.

I have had two warranties, and three electives done by them.
Exceeded my expectations every time.
I can't praise them enough.

I also have had several experiences with "Robert the Sig armorer" Burke and each one at his shop.
He will also do excellent work, and will finesse a little more on occasion.

For just trigger work, I would go to Robert.
I have shot his personal competition Sigs, and there are none better.

Either Sig or Robert will do you a great job.

This doesn't make sense to me. The Legion has the Bruce Grey trigger upgrades, so it's supposed to be pretty slick. The trigger on my P229 Legion (.40) is easily the nicest out of the box trigger I've ever experienced with a pistol. Was yours broken or defective? Or just a personal preference thing?
