Sig Pro Shop question.....

Quick question, I'm heading north Saturday to the New England Dragway in Epping New Hampshire. The Sig Pro Shop is nearby. I've never been there. Is it worth a visit?

I've never been there either, but if I were ever in town I'd definitely drop in.

That's what I'm thinking. I'd hate to be that close and not pay them a visit. The only problem is....... I'll probably pay more then a visit. ($$$$$$$)

That place seems like my FAO Schwartz. I would visit it more like a pilgrimage than a shopping trip.

I live about 45 minutes from the Pro Shop which is also where the Sig Sauer Academy is, both of which are awesome.

Definitely make a stop there, it's worth it just to see the Wall 'O Sig in all its glory. They also have cool sales once in a while that aren't listed on the web so you may find something cool.

Last time I went they had a batch of old Sig pocket knives for $35. Nice place and the staff is great.

I was able to visit there when I went through the Sig Armorers course. Do not miss going there - it's a great place to visit! If you don't go you'll probably regret it.

Call first, here where I live is where Kriss guns are made and they don't give tours or even have a place to show off their product. When I called they just referred me to a place where I could rent one of their guns in town and shoot it. I didn't buy a Kriss gun and I lost intrest. Customer service is everything!

I live about 30-35 miles from there and it's really close to the drag way. Worth the stop to look at the "wall of Sig". You have to look through everything and know what things are worth to find the deals (if there are any to be had). I picked up a Safariland level II paddle holster for $48.00, not a bad price. If you take a class there they give you a 20% discount including firearms.

IF you are taking a course at the Sig Academy, you get a 20% student discount on everything in the ProShop (clothing, equipment, guns, etc.). NH also has the advantage of NO sales tax!

Check the Sig Sauer site for MSRP of the firearm(s) that interest you. The discount is off the MSRP. I bought a P938 on Gunbroker for roughly $60 better than the best price I would have gotten at the ProShop. YMMV.

Gotta lobe the $23K Blaser rifle they have in the ProShop...
