OK. Because everyone wanted to see pics of it, I didn't wait until I cleaned it of the factory dirt. I wiped it down and took some photos with my obsolete, digital point-and-shoot camera.
Hard to get proper exposure of a pistol with such contrasting surfaces. I need to start saving for a pro digital SLR camera system. To get one with the same or better capabilities as my old 35mm SLR will be equivalent to a collection of Sigs.
I like that it doesn't have the bare stainless on the top of the slide (a little too much "bling" for me). I never purchased another Equinox because of that plus the wood grips on the others. I knew I would be removing the wood grips on any other Equinox because I've had to replace the rosewood grips on my Stainless Elites. They were just too thick near the magazine release for my thumb to press the button. I like the ergo grips here. I couldn't resist.
