That looks AWESOME!!!I'm a fan of the polished blued slide also...I may go with the equinox grips but not sure yet..

Very nice, so was the tigger, slide release and decocker already silver? I want to two tone my 226, but was wondering how hard it would be to remove those components for cerakote?

I think the OP used factory nickel controls. I would either find factory nickel controls or have yours plated and not ceracoated.
