Thumbs up PD trade ins

No I would not. Well maintained and shot only to qualify. Hardley broken in at trade time. Bargain usually and a collector item later.

Not always, but many times they are shot far less than one would imagine.
I would not hesitate to get if it was a model I was looking for.

Most police pistols don't have more than 500-2500 rounds through them. But what they do have is holster wear. If that doesn't bother you, then they are sometimes a great deal. Just be careful because some of the online vendors that sell them aren't the most honest people when it comes to representing their actual wear.

IMO, the Officer uses their gun most while they are in the Academy. Department guns are usually well maintained, so they should be okay to purchase. I just like to inspect before I buy... but since you are buying off the internet, don't be disappointed if you have to spend a little money to "fix" a few things. That's the chance you take whenever you buy anything used.

SARCO has been around since the earth cooled. Sometimes you get a good deal sometimes not. If not call and complain and they usually make it right.

Oh Believe, me, I will !!
Not worried about holster wear ect, it's a used gun and I don't want a Safe Queen.

^ That's kinda cool in its self. If I had the extra cash, I'd check 'em out.

OK, ordered the 226 1-28-12 from Sarco. They said they would charge credit card when they shipped. Called yesterday to check on it and they said they were all out No chance of getting any more
I really don' think they had any when I ordered it!!!
Guess I'll get a NEW 2022.

Sorry about your luck, but the 2022 is still an awesome pistol at a great price!
