Given SIG's track record with new releases, it will be a huge let down. They are a decade or two late to this game.

It's an intriguing model. It's funny that they finally jumped into the striker market, especially after so many random internet people said "they should have made the P250 a striker gun."

Hopefully it gets out the door without too many bugs. I'm waiting for reviews from actual owners.

The only thing I can say that I dislike about it so far is that it is a little slab sided, and I don't quite like the "new" slide design. Which incidentally is on the new X series now too.

Well the one positive is that it appears the bugs in the 250 got worked out for round 2. Unfortunately the damage was already done to the rep w the crap that the first gen was. But the accuracy capable in the 250 w a striker (hoping an improved trigger) could have awesome potential. Not sure why they thought they could replace 229/239 w SRT triggers w the big rolling revolver style trigger for the Air Marshalls and expect love. Here's hoping its great and lives up to the promise of the 250 and gets back that lost market share.

I'm definitely interested in this too, OP. SIG could definitely screw it up, but then again they may hit a home run. I love my SIGs...I don't have a single striker-fired gun, but this looks like it could persuade me to try one out.

The new p320 has definitely got my attention. I'm a huge fan of the p250 and if this continues the line then so be it. That being said, it has to work. I don't know if I want to be the first to own one and deal with the problems other first gen sigs have had. We'll have to see. Like Valdemar said ASSUMING it works.

I would buy another 250 before I would buy a 320.

I'll keep my Walther PPQ's. I didn't like the P250 grips but anything is welcomed over that DAO on the 250.

Glocks are incredibly ugly guns, but they work. Can't fault a gun for consistently going bang.
I think the slide on the new P320 looks cool, but the frame is kinda boring.

I love the P250 and OK with a striker variation in the P320. I think the MSRP is a bit high. If the street price competes with the Glock price I may become interested.

I'll tag this on again, but I think the MSRP is merely a way to inflate value and if there is an unplanned-for run on these things at that price it'll stick.

However, just watch.

I bet they will actually sell for MUCH less.

Ya might as well ask high. Like with horses and houses, you can always come down.

Yes, they are supposed to ship with night sights standard. They also "appear" to be dove-tail which is an improvement over the 250 sights.

while I have ZERO interest in striker guns I applaud anything that will chip away at glock sales I can not understate how much I hate that brand.
