Sig P220 Elite Dark warranty work

First of all this gun was incredibly accurate before I sent it in. The rounds were going right where I wanted them to. The problem was every magazine I was having a FTE. So I sent it into Sig after trying all sorts of different ammo. They took one day to work on it and adjusted the extractor AND the sights.

I put 150 rounds through it today and it just seemed waaaay off. It was low, it was high, I was aiming at the bullseye and I hit the clothespin holding the target.

Embarrassing. No FTE, (in fact the ejecting was very enthusiastic

) I did however have 2 Fail to Feeds including one on my second shot through the gun.

Any opinions?

I have read that the Sig Adjustable rear sights on the Dark Elite models tend to rattle loose. The very tiny hex screws are a PITA to tighten down. Are you having the same issues with the rear sight?

I read that too, but I wasn't having any issues. I'm not sure why they even touched them. My only issue was the FTEs.

I guess I will just keep watching for more feeding issues. Maybe get a better shooter than I to try it and see if I am crazy. I seriously felt like a marksman before I sent it off!
