M11-A1 low on target

I have a M11 with fixed night sights. I need to raise my POI by changing sights. Either to an adjustable rear, or changing height on the front. The low on target is not due to anticipation, verified by video.
My POA is covering the target, not "12:00" or "pumpkin on the fence". Any ideas or suggestions?

I replaced my rear with a #10 and changed (raised) the poi about 4" @25 yds.

Mine shot 3 inches high with just about anything. Sent it back to Sig and they replaced the front and rear. Got it back shooting to POA. They included test target.

I called sig. They suggested the #10 and applied a 20% discount. It takes a good sight pusher to R&R the sight.
