Are Winchester white box 9mm cases steel or brass?
How about 9mm American Eagle or Blazer 9 mm?
Thanks for the input guys.

Winchester white box is brass case, copper jacketed lead.
American Eagle is brass case, copper jacketed lead.
Blazer Brass is brass case, copper jacketed lead, but you can get Blazer in aluminum case as well.

Steel case is actually kinda rare here in the US. It is mostly Russian made ammo. Most common brand I have seen is Tula, but I still have some Wolf I use when I am shooting in the snow and don't want to go digging for my casings.

Steel is Russian ammo like Tula, Wolf, Bear and some variations. I normally only shot my AK's with it, but it is fine in other calibers if you need to save $.

Freedom Munitions recently introduced a line of factory-new ammo that is made with brass-plated steel cases. It's called American Steel.
