226 trying to find out what model

New to pistols and have a couple of questions. At a gun show I purchased from a dealer a p226. This is a Texas edition with wooden grips and a star
engraved in the grip. Some sites say the wooden handle means its and elite, but the gun doesnot seen to have the pronounced beaver tall and being new to guns I cant tell if it has an SRT trigger. Does any one know if this is an elite or can I find out someway by using the seriel number. Thaks for your help

From what I've googled, I'm not finding that it has an Short reset trigger standard on it.
