I've just recently purchased and started shooting my first P220. I have a P220 Diamond Plate ( P220 Diamond Plate ) that came with sig aluminum grips.
I love it, but after shooting a few times, I think I'd prefer grips that are just slightly thicker. Have handled (not shot) a P226, and think those are too thick, so something in between would be great.
Have tried to read up and found maybe best options are wood or Hogue rubber. I'm probably in the minority, but not a huge fan of the look of wood...but the dark grey of the Equinox grips looks nice if I could get those.
Not carrying, at least for the forseable future, just targets & home defense, so don't need to worry about that, for now.
Looking for suggestions????
