Mine is the M400 SRP a complete flat top with zero iron sites.

Gandalf, I just ordered that same exact reflex sight but with UAG branding. How has that sight held up? BTW, I paid $29 bucks and it's the same sight just rebranded. I noticed that sight has a wide price range along the different brand names for the exact same sight.. LOL.. It's so funny. I just kept looking for the same sight pic but cheaper price and of course the price starts at around $60 and goes rock bottom at $29.

I'm still waiting on my CAA Cheek weld for my stock from Amazon. But this is what I've done to my SIG M400 SRP so far.

Hey I am reading a lot of stories on here with FTF on the FDE 516. I have had mine for a week and have not shot it yet. You mentioned no FTF on your, are you just shooting 5.56 62gr or are you also shooting the 223 55gr?

I'm finally finished with my bargain basement tactical tacticool SIG M400 AR15 at least until the tax refund gets here.
$26 Dollar Amazon Aluminumish Carbine Quad Rail
$8 Plastic Magpul Trigger Guard
$24 CAA Stock Saddle
$26 Cheapest Damn Iron Sights Available on Amazon, they are the same as the UTG BUIS. I bought them seperately so this is the total of what they cost.
$20 UTG BiPod.
$44 UTG Red Dot Reflex Sight.
$9 UTG Charging handle clasp.
$14 Magpul Grip (FANTASTIC!)
$5 CAA Vertical Fore grip
$8 1 inch Pictinny flash light mount
$12 Ultrafire WF501B 1000 Lumen 5 mode aluminum flash light with rechargeable 18650 Battery. (Kick Ass!)
$4 Quick Detach Push Button Sling Swivel
$4 Cheapest black Single Point Bungie Sling known to man on Amazon.
What do you think of what just a few hundred bucks buys you when you look for the deals on the off brands? It functions very well and is just as accurate as any other M400.

Sadly, I do not own a Sig rifle (Yet! I WILL eventually get a 556 patrol! ).
I wonder if Sig plans on making a .308 version of their 556 line? That'd be pretty darn cool.

An old co-worker of mine just offered me $4200 dollars for my Carbine. I think I'll take the money and buy a couple pistols and pay some bills and take my dying wife out some place nice to eat. Perhaps take her to the Grand Canyon before she passes on.

I doubt he meant it, it was on facebook and I just discovered that he moved out to LasVegas. I was wondering what he meant when he said he would look me up next time he was in town. Ha! Jokes on me I guess.

I am new to ARs. I just got my SIG 716 3 weeks ago. So far I have added the enhanced butt pad, Timney 4# single stage trigger, Leupold VX-R Patrol and Smith Enterprises Good Iron muzzle brake. Can't wait to get to the range!
