Greetings all! Have been looking into purchasing an AR for the past 6 months and wanted a budget that would deliver quality. I was looking at Colt LE6940s until someone mentioned the Sig 5/716. I fell for the 7.62 immediately after checking her fine aesthetics and reading up on the piston system.

Put my order in for the 716 Patrol Gen2 just this morning!
For anyone that is looking to get one but has had issues finding one in-stock, Dean's Gun Shop in NC has them available for $1,810! Shipping available for only $9 UPS Ground. I called earlier in the week and he had 79 (78 now ^_^) so anyone looking for this weapon at an extremely good price (in comparison from other vendors, $2000++) I'd get one while you can. It does, with his word, come with the Magpul Stock and pistol grip.

Got my hands on a Pelican 1750 Case and a bore-snake too, should have all my goodies come Tuesday!

Glad to finally be aboard the SIG family and am looking to expand it in a few months.

New Service! Interior Plating with Cerakote Exterior

We now offer the option to just plate the interior of your AR receiver and Cerakote the outside. Instead of just Cerakoting over NiB on the exterior, we can plate the inside in NiB and leave the exterior an Aluminum surface for Cerakoting. The reason we do this is because Cerakote adheres much better to an Aluminum Oxide blasted Aluminum substrate than it does to an NiB surface. This lets you take advantage of NiB's special properties but not have a shiny exterior which could lead to unwanted attention. This also affords you a better Cerakote adhesion to the outside of your receiver.

Message us using the table above, email us, or give us a call for details. Price for each AR receiver is $115 for small caliber while larger caliber receivers are $125.

Remember, this can be done with pistol slides, AK receivers, ect. Contact us with details on what you'd like done for a quote.

Cerakote Coating for Receivers:

If you want your upper or lower receiver color coated, the total cost will be $60 a piece for 5.56 size receivers and $70 for larger caliber receivers. Let us know what color you want with your order.

We can Cerakote just about anything. So let us know what you'd like Cerakoted and we will get back to you with a quote."

Thank you sirs! :)

Few more additions.. Precision Armament M41 Muzzle Brake and the Knight's Armamanet stippled 11 rib/ 6in. rail covers.

KAC stippled found here (amount limited, quantity and price are per ONE rail cover): http://www.ebay.com/itm/261264153306ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Remember, if you decide on the M41 MB, you must buy the specific tool off their site and use a 3/8 torque wrench to secure it down 20 ft./lb. Thanks to ekimsotnas07 for the info and letting me stumble upon this

No specific Gen comes with any specific equipment -- its how they are optioned out -- like cars. You may see more Magpul upgrades in Gen 1 as the rush to make them/ availability of parts was a lot lower prior to the Gen 2 scare fast production ones. I bought my ACS sepratley and have the OEM 1 still
