Optics for MPX

What optics have you mounted on your MPX? Which one works best for you and why?

I will experiment with EOTech XPS 2.0 (works great on my AR-15 SBR, with the 1-MOA reticle) and Leupold DP Pro (might work well with a 2.5-MOA reticle). I also have a spare Bushnell TR-25, but I don't like it's ghost shadow, hence I keep it as spare.

What do you have, or better, what would you rather have?

My choice will probably be based on field of vision and ease of target acquisition, considering the compact format of the MPX (gen1).

Include some pics.

If you have an optic you like on your AR15, then it will work for you on the MPX.
Pick an optic mount that will allow co-witnessing with the MPX iron sites.
I use the Aimpoint Micro T-2 NV, 1X, 2 MOA w/LaRue LT 751 (1.4" Rail to Ctr of Optic) QD.

I have the Sig Romeo 3 on my Sig MPX and the Sig Romeo 4B on my MPX-Carbine. Both are absolute co-witness with the iron sights. I have also had the Eotech and Trijicon MRO on the MPXs' (I currently run them on 3 of thy AR's and think they are an excellent optics) an think both optics were excellent on the MPX. I found that a reticle with a "dot in the middle of the circle" made for faster target acquisition with the MPX but maybe that was just me.

It's not currently on my MPX, because the gun is back to Sig to have that nasty tuning fork flash hider replaced. But I have had a Leupold 1x14 Prismatic Tactical on mine, with a Larue QR mount, largely because I had it sitting around doing nothing. I picked it up because I have a CQ/T and liked the circle dot, and the fact that the aiming point was there even if the batteries were dead. I haven't run it enough to get a good feel about it yet though.

Check out the optic I just bought. Expensive, but very promising. And the best warranty in the business.

Just installed a TruGlo TG 8130 GN 2 MoA red dot with green laser. I like it so far. With a good zero the red dot is right on and the laser is 6" high at 50'

Not exactly a MPX but I put a Romeo5 on my 9mm AR build and absolutely love it. $170 on amazon and a very good budget alternative to an aimpoint. I have a primary arms advanced micro dot but the Romeo blows it out of the water. The motion activation is an awesome feature.

I had an EOTech 512 on my Sig556 and decided for no reason whatsoever, to change it for a Romeo 4C.
I just got it yesterday, so haven't got the chance to shoot it, but I gotta say it looks way nicer.

I have the Pistol MPX Gen II with brace, and I mounted a dedicated SIG Romeo 3. For me it works very well, and it's just sexy looking mounted on the MPX. It's a very light weight reflex sight.
