I am thinking about a trigger swap also. Mine felt gritty and sticky as it was squeezed. I'm still not sure what to change to. I took mine apart smoothed and polished all the contact points. It works much better now. I didn't change the pull weight though. It's not great but better.

Thumbs up Anyone else replace their Sig Sauer M400 trigger?

I have the same gritty, sticky feel on my trigger. I've only put 150 rounds through her and cleaned it initially and after 120. Looking at Timmey or Wilson Combat drop ins...
anyone have any experience with either?

I have the old AGI AR15 Trigger Job video where they show you how to reshape the factory trigger and hammer to give you a lite two stage trigger. Looks pretty easy and I have the tools, a few files and a dremel for polishing. So after I shoot a few hundred rounds I'm going to give it a try. Doing my own two stage trigger job on the factory trigger is far cheaper than taking it to a qualified gunsmith or installing an after market trigger.
I have the M400 SRP from WalMart and I've made it all tactical with loads of upgrades for less than $100 dollars by shopping around on ebay and amazon I've installed an aluminum quad rail with covers that came out to $26 shipped, a flashlight mount $7, extended charging handle thingy $10, foregrip $7, 1000 lumen Ultrafire WF502B flashlight $10, pistol grip Magpul MOE $15, single point sling $4, Push Button quick detach sling adapter $3, decent UTG red dot reflex 1X for $44 besides the CP1 scope the rifle came with from Walmart.

+1 on the RRA two stage. Have it on mine and love it.
I have also use dthe JP with the 3lb trigger springs and it is a great single stage trigger. I like the RRA just a little more.
