Steve those are meant for the standard rail like mine. You won't need them.

Man I need to just sit down and look at these after I post, as I have been going a thousand miles an hour with shopping etc. These pieces are just rail covers to keep them from getting scratched etc.
I need something to be able to mount a piccatiny rail at the bottom of my rail to put the foregrip onto..Like this

Yes that's the beauty of that keymod. You just put sections of rail wherever you need it.

I just need to get a adapter to mount to the keymod so I can attach the forward grip.
Any suggestions would be great. I am on this site, ERGO 15 Slot Aluminum Rail Mounting Platform
Thoughts?

Apparently the B5 buttstock, on my 516, is made by bravocompany too.

Yep! With bravo you know you're getting quality, screws and all. There are cheaper options but you didn't buy a cheap rifle right?

Bravo probably made that keymod handguard. Does it say? It may be on the inside.

BCM does make good stuff. I have the ambi handle, and while I ultimately got a Raptor, the A44 did the job and was well made, although I occasionally got pinched by it. If I ever build a DI gun myself, I will probably use one of their uppers for it.

Regarding dates, mine was March 2013, and has the gas on the left in my previous post, which has a bit less detail on it than animalhd1's block that was a few months older. I guess they just keep going to a simpler one with less detail to cut costs. Of course, with the Keymod rail, it is hidden anyway, so no benefit to having the extra etching on the block.

I'm not seeing a keymod on BCM website that is 516 specific. It's probably a good thing though, I'm still out of cash from my new P229 SAS 9mm purchase. Lol
