Well I have had my SRP m400 a couple months now. I love the thing. But I have the itch for a new handguard... Does anyone know which guard I can put on this with the gas block on the front as a direct drop in?
Anybody STRONGLY recommend the MAGPUL handguard? I like the price, but how functional is it for adding accesories? I would like to add my Fenix tk15 but can't find much on how to mount it at the 3:00 position.

If u have a m400 with a FSB it is a carbine length and your going to have to either replace it with a low pro gas block or cut it to make it fit. If its a m400 srp then it will fit
I can't believe this thread has had so many views and responses since I started it! Anywho, 6 months later and here is my M400 SRP with Magpul OD furniture. I went with the suggested Carbine hand guard and STR stock.
Optics are next....
I have a new M400 Classic and looking at the same hand guards many of you have. Is there any difference in my model and the M400 SPR in regards to the hand guard replacement length? Thanks.
Thanks Jordub, I ordered one yesterday on Amazon for 36.00, the Aimpoint Pro,
and a Grip Pod, so I'm good to go except for a sling.
