M400 Buffer?

Has anyone installed a heavier buffer in their M400? Have you seen any improvements? What were your thoughts on it? What brand and weight did you use? I was thinking of ordering one. I haven't had any problems with my rifle but was just wondering if it could benefit from installing a heavier one. I ONLY shoot 5.56 ammo; Federal XM193 or PMC X-Tac.

I had an issue with mine smacking the back of the buffer tube because it was too light. Went with an H3 buffer with stock spring and I love it. Extremely soft shooting.

Honestly, there is no need to get anything fancy unless you are getting something to run in a suppressed SBR. I just got a standard no name H3 buffer and it works great.
