A well built quality leather holster will have the proper retention. Check out civdivdesigns on Etsy. He’ll custom make any thing you want at whatever cant you want.

If you want a hybrid check out MTO. They make a P320C OWB pancake.

For OWB it’s hard to beat a Kydex holster. Phillipsarmsco on ebay makes an excellent $30 kydex OWB holster for your P320C

Honestly I’ve never found any pancake style holster that comes close to “hugging” my side.

I have 3 Galcos that Work

Galco is well known to the LE community as being top quality for leather holsters.
They have a holster known as a 3 slot. I had three, one for my XO, 226, and 229.
Take a look at their site. Galco Gunleather.
Good Luck

I have a Crossbreed SnapSlide OWB Holster (lefty). It fits close to the body.

I have an IWB lock leather, I’ve only had it for about a month but it is decent. I haven’t tried adjusting the tension but feel it should be tighter. I’ve mainly used this for home carry and short trips around town. My employer has a pretty strict policy of firearms in company vehicles and on top of that I have to enter many buildings through metal detectors so I can’t give a real torture test review of it.
I ordered it in the midst of Covid and received it much faster than they projected, even had a couple courtesy emails which leads me to think they might care about their customers too.

While not a pancake style, I carry my M11-A1 daily in a Garrett Industries Silent Thunder STX Champion.

It's made for suppressor-height sights so I can carry with my RX slide. With a little adjusting of the tension, it also fits my 229 and 225-A1.

I also have an IWB model for my P224.

Can't beat the quality. They're leather-lined kydex and with the OWB, it snugs up tight against the body.

One thing I can't stress enough though...a holster is only as good as the belt it's hanging from. If you don't have a sturdy gun belt, it will lean out.

Just my 2c worth...hope it helps.

Another vote for the bodyguard. It has more forward cant than most others and draws easier for my poor old worn out shoulders than anything else I've tried.

I am partial toward Garrett Industries and High Noon Holsters. Those are now the only two in my system(s) concealed carry

Just ordered one. Shipping now. I will let you know.

Mine just arrived, along with an OWB mag pouch. Shipped DHL, arrived USPS. Less than one week from Order to Delivery.

The Mag pouch is fine. Good retention on my 15 round magazine. Nice matte black finish. Good stitching. Seems well made and very usable. Belts slots technically 1.75", but with a standard "gun belt", 1.5" would be a good match. This is a "generic" 9mm magazine OWB carrier - however, it fits the Sig 15 round nicely. A retention screw on each side of the magazine, allows for custom tension per your specific preferences. Mine - was great - as received.

The Holster (#217) is a smooth out, rough in style. Meaning the "suede" or unfinished side of the leather is inside the holster - against the gun's finish. The holster appears to be a "hot pressed" form fitted for a generic pistol the size of the P365 (including manual safety). Mine fits as received, with no adjustment required from me for my retention preferences. Again - this is adjustable via a slotted screw. There is no metal reinforcement for the holster opening, meaning some collapse will occur after drawing the pistol - based on the snugness of the belt. There is an added leather support sewn below the opening for some help in re-holstering - however, a turn of the slide/frame to open the holster enough for insertion, is required. The cant angle seems perfect for the "FBI" design intent. Easy to wear at 3:30/4:00/4:30 position. There is ample leather to protect the slide rear from contact with the body and the trigger is covered. The grip is easy to grasp with the fingers getting full access. Overall - a smart easy to use design.

Having owned holsters from Mitch Rosen, Milt Sparks, Bianchi, Galco, this holster has a target buyer. This is not a $200 holster for $60. This is a $60 holster for $60 - with the added benefit of a specific retention device - that actually works.

I will break mine in with some Bick 4, smooth out the rough inside, and I think this may work just fine after a bit of massaging. To get a Holster + Mag carrier for a C note and have it be of thick enough leather to do the job - works for me.

Hope this helps.
