This is your EDC so why rotate at all? I have carried the same Sig for over two decades and I never stop getting better each year shooting it. I don’t have to rethink MOA or retrain myself.

Lately, a G48 and/or G43X, both with Shield Arms 15-rd. magazines and a 20-rd. reload(s). Small enough to conceal, big enough to get the job done, and lots of BBs for everyone to get seconds or thirds.

Glock 19 in the same holster in the same place all the time. Consistency and muscle memory are your friends.

Titanium .38 for a couple decades. OWB in winter. IWB in summer. Back up in my bag is a Dan Wesson .357 w/ 2.5" heavy barrel. Transitioning to a P365 SAS/XL Romeo.

G23 or Sig P229 in 40S&W for summer outside work activities. G29 fall to early spring and the HK2000SK 40S&W for the summer.

S&W M&P Shield .45acp

I have been giving some thought to switching to a Sig P320 compact in 9mm.

The reason I stuck with a Classic P series Sig for >25 years was both familiarity as well as reliability. The DA/SA Sig has a superior safety record, don't interfere with the trigger and it will be a non violent device.

These days I mostly carry a P365 but when I want a bit more I rotate to the EDC X9.
