Would have to say the Shockwave. Nothing fancy but it's a devastating piece of work. And it works every time. Pistols are not my first go to SD gun. Car or anywhere else where CC isn't necessary.

So for me.. a couple of years ago I started getting rid of my low end firearms.. Saved for the ones I really wanted.. and now pretty much all the ones I have are my number ones..
But To answer a bit of the question my 226 legion 9 and my Kimber CDP II
Are really nice pieces... have a couple of nice rifles too

I have a 40 cal 1911 that's probably my number 1. I built it myself on a caspian frame, sti slide, kart barrel, egw small parts. Everything top of the line. The serial number is my Sons name, I had his name engraved on the slide and a bible verse.

I built the gun kind of as a tribute to his memory, a gun I wish he could of grown up to shoot with me. I then trained my *** off with it and became classified in USPSA single stack as a Grand Master using that gun. I hope he'd of been proud of dad.

wow, I legit choked up a bit typing that out.

It would be hard because I have a couple of nice pistols that I take out strictly for the range and of course I have carry and home defense rotation. I would have 2 pairs of number ones if that’s allowed. I would say my Springfield Professional Custom in 45ACP, and Colt M45A1 custom shop as far as my 1911’s. My carry number ones would honestly be M11-A1, and S&W 642.

What is your number one of all the guns you own.

I think Id have to go with this one only because I am frighteningly accurate with it. If I ever had to make a 50 yard shot, this is the one Id hope I was carrying that day. Sig P220 Combat with an RMR. Rugged, utterly reliable and surprisingly easy to carry and conceal with a Vedder Lightuck with a claw.

My P320 x carry. It started as a Department issued full size 40. Then sig had the issues with being drop safe so we got new guns and had the opportunity to buy our old ones. I bought mine, put a 3.9 inch optic ready carry slide (without the window cut on top) in 9mm, bought a x carry frame, and a flat trigger. I really like how the carry size feels balanced. Not the coolest gun, but I like that it was once issued to me.

I do love my sigs all the same, especially my 220 and 226 SSE's very much. But this one I can fondle and look at all day....I think it is the best the factory ever made.

For me it’s my Glock 19 with the RMR. It’s not as pretty as my Dan Wesson Specialist and doesn’t feel as nice as my P227 SAS, but I shoot it the best because I train with it the most. If it came down to it and I could only have one handgun left in the stable, that would be it.

P320 X Carry is my #1. While it came with a Romeo 1 red dot sight I took it off to send in twice for repairs. I got so used to the very accurate sites that I haven't put it back on due to learning curve and unable to go to shooting range due to Pandemic (having diabetes and back issues) and about to have major back surgery next week. I do want to try it again when possible.
