Labor Day Weekend shooting fun!

Had a great day of shooting today! Took out the PWS MK116 Mod2 in 7.62x39 and the Chimera suppressor, along with the Aero Precision M4E1 pistol in 5.56 NATO. And we may have shot 4 exploding targets. Because America, baby. Yeah! All in all, not a bad way to spend a few hours.

Cheers!

To use Dana Loesch's phrase, "Those look very shooty". Are they any more "shooty" than the double barreled guns that Joe Biden recommends shooting up in the air to scare off people? Sorry, couldn't resist. Just trying to learn all I can.

They are indeed very shooty! Also rather pew-pewey, too.

Good day at the range it seems!!

I went with a work buddy of mine today and shot some 22lr rifles and my Henry 44mag. I left the DD Mk12 and my Aero Precision 300blk pistol at the house but it was still a good time

Great post, thanks for sharing!

Can I ask, how do you like the 7.62x39mm AR carbine? Any issues?

Enjoy your holiday weekend!

This PWS MK116 Mod2 is an amazing rifle. PWS uses a long-stroke piston, which pretty helps to mitigate potential bolt carrier tilt. Externally adjustable gas system, shoots equally well suppressed or unsupprressed. The PWS enhanced buffer tube is amazing (also designed to mitigate bolt carrier tilt issues). Great shooter, super quality, amazing fit/finish. Not the least expensive rifle I've purchased, but worth every penny.

The only issue I've ever had with the rifle was directly related to the C-Products Defense mags. 1 came with the rifle and I bought 2 extras. When loaded with 30 rounds, they all initially had feeding issues. But after 2 or 3 full loads, the mags were broken in and I've not had any issued since.

So, yeah, I dig it.
