My new “Just Cuz” gun
P229 Legion .40. The stars aligned or close enough anyway and I bought this gun because I wanted it. I don’t need it and not sure what if any role it will fill? Really happy with it on first impression and after a breakdown to wipe all the goop off and re-lube, I did some dry firing.... still impressed. Some practice with the DA trigger pull but the trigger pull is smoooooth....
No pics, never happened? I know y’all have seen this shooter before. “There are many like it but this one is mine”....

Nice! As someone who recently purchased a classic carry P229 "Just Cuz" I can totally relate. I reason if women can have a bunch of different shoes that basically perform the same function then I'm entitled to the same for my firearms
One thing I really want to change out though is the slide stop lever with the smaller legion one. It's not an issue on the P226 but on my P229 I can't hardly help but touch the thing and it's causing my slide not to lock back on the last round.

Good choice on the 40 in the P229 it handles it well. I gave up on the 40 in polymer guns but in hammer fired guns it is great. You just need to get the 357 SIG barrel for it now.
