Show off your carry rig

Ok, I searched back over a year on this sub forum and didn't see a dedicated thread for showing your carry setup. I'm always interested to see how others carry and think it's good for others who may be new to carry (concealed or open) to see the options available. This is the P938 I picked up recently and the holster I chose for it. I tend to gravitate towards the hybrid style holsters more often than not and for this this one I found a great deal on a Crossbreed mini-tuck factory second.

I have a bunch of hybrid and kydex holsters from several great companies, including Crossbreed. I was trying to be frugal. Turns out I really like leather and don't mind paying more or waiting for a custom made piece.

On the left is a black Corsair OWB from Privateer Leather. Since I'm always wearing a vest or a loose untucked shirt, OWB works for me, especially with the tiny Sig P238.

On the right is a saddle tan Cutthroat, also from Privateer. I had this one specially made for an Alloy Detective High Power. Wes had no problem making exactly what I wanted for my short slide pistol. It's an IWB model... and I will soon order something similar for OWB use as well as an IWB Cutthroat for the P238.

Both holsters are comfy and absolutely gorgeous to my mind. They should last me a lifetime.

With hybrid style holsters, I found that my pistol tended to "slide out" of the holster at certain times when my pants were down... for this reason I prefer a holster that does not rely on a belt for retention. No one wants their pistol sliding into the next stall, am I right!

An extra post just because I think this Privateer holster would look cool with your P938 if the leather was black... I love great custom work.

I really like custom leather. I have two of Ryan Grizzle's SSR's for IWB carry. One for my P938, and one for my CZ 2075 RAMI BD. Superb workmanship. I also have a paddle holster on order for OWB carry. Take a look at his work at:- https://rgrizzleleather.com/index.html

That's a nice holster. You're right, it would go nicely with the 938.

StealthGear appendix carry

I carry my P938 in a StealthGear IWB appendix carry holster.

However I don’t appendix carry. I always carry all my pistols IWB at the 2:30 or 3 o’clock position. The P938 absolutely disappears in the StealthGear holster.
Zero printing issues. Very small set up.
