If you have a redemption coupon you have to if you haven’t already done so is register your pistol with sig. their website has issues so be prepared to call them and get you magazine that way.

I was on hold 1 hour and 22 minutes yesterday and no one picked up. The first three attempts immediately went to a busy signal.

Not related to magazines, on a different topic I had the same support phone experience yesterday. Don't know what is going on?

Hard to say. If magazines or whatever all call the same number, then there is a log jam. Strong possibility that many are working from home. If that is the case, they have not thought out the phone service.

SIG can't source enough magazines to ship with their guns and they also can't source enough customer service reps to assist their customers.

Selling you a product that they can't actually provide with the promise of service that doesn't exist.

Legendary Sig Sauer quality indeed.

No matter what is going on, in 2020 there is no excuse for **** poor customer service. Clearly a failure of planing in management. Remember the 6 P's.

Their website is wonky. I had to call them. Be prepared for at least 2 hours of being on hold. But once you get through great service got my redemption coupon redeemed and my magazines were shipped that day.

Two years ago when I got my P238 rainbow, SIG had a "two mags and a bag" promotion. You could choose the size. I can shoot with the 6 rounder that comes with the Rainbow but much prefer the 7 round ones with the pinky extender. I had no trouble signing up for that and the stuff arrived a few weeks later.

I already had extra mags, so these two were a VERY NICE bonus for me. I gave the cute little bag to a friend because it was way too small to carry even 1/4 of my stuff to a range. It was cute though.

I register my guns with the manufacturers. In case of a recoil, they send you a direct notice and you don't have to stumble on the information somewhere. In fact, Ruger not only sends you a notice, they send you repeated reminders if you don't sign up for a return label fairly quickly.

Thank goodness! I was shooting and something made my hand snap up a split second after I pulled the trigger. It happened every time. I had to reach out to the manufacturer. That's when they told me about the recoil.

(C'mon. Someone had to have fun with that typo.)
