P320 Compact upgrades

I’m curious to know what kind of performance upgrades people have made to their P320 compacts. I have both the x-carry and x-compact grip modules for my P320c 9mm. To me, they feel better than the stock ones. I ran the x-carry module for a while at first because it fit flush with the slide and it looked better. But later have started running the x-compact for a few reasons. First of all, it can take the 15, 17, and 21 rd stock magazines, while the carry is limited to the 17 and 21 rounders. Another is that it just fits my hand (the x-compact medium) better than the carry and I added some tungsten grip weights to that module but noticed that they made the gun just a bit too heavy for my liking, so I just removed the larger middle rod and left the 2 outer. Now it feels extremely balanced and shoots smoother than ever. I also have the sig flat trigger installed. I just ordered a GoGuns gas pedal and DPM recoil reduction system for extra performance and can’t wait to test it all out at once

Rather than answer, I'll point out there's a 320 specific forum. You'll find a LOT of content there about how folks have tweaked their 320s.

Mine started life as a compact. It now wears a XCompact grip module and Romeo1.

OK, so I answered a bit.

See ya up in the 320 forum!

edit: I see the mods moved the thread Thanks!!

I bought a P320 compact 40sw is 5.8 years old and been my primary carry since new . I had the trigger upgrade over christmas holiday 2017 . I did complain about the heavy trigger at 6.5lb . I do not know if they did anything extra but it came home with a smooth 5lb 6oz trigger . I did change to a medium Z series grip module last year as its smaller than even the standard small design !

I have no need for other upgrades to my P320c pistol but that's by choice .

I added the Sig Flat Trigger about a year and a half ago. Iím now using the Polymer 80 Grip Module which I love.

The only other thing about would like to do is swap the Sig Light Sights for
X Ray 3ís sights.

I tried the Sig flat trigger but prefer the curved one. I also have a subcompact xchange kit. So now I can configure a compact, a compact RX, an Xcompact (no optic), a subcompact or my current configuration, compact RX slide, Xcompact grip.

I'm primarily a Glock pistol guy (have a lot of Sig 516s and MCX Virtus's) but have acquired a couple of P320-C pistols in both 9mm and .45 acp. Only thing I have done so far is to add Talon grips, which is also the first thing I do when I get a new Glock (and I have a bunch of them). Have to say I really enjoy shooting the 320's, especially the .45 acp. It is so much softer shooting than the Glock 30s the difference is amazing. If you haven't tried using the Talon grips, it is worth a consideration. I love them.

Sig flat triggers, tritium/fiber optic front sights, and the Sig stippled X Carry grip or a Wilson Combat module.
